Nirbhaya case: Delhi court postpones execution of death warrants till further orders-What an insensible judicial system we have.

“A Delhi court on Friday postponed execution of death warrants of the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case till further order.
Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana passed the order on plea by the convicts seeking a stay on their execution on 1 February, 2020.
During the hearing, public prosecutor Irfan Ahmad said that convict Mukesh has no legal remedies available and the sentence on Mukesh should be executed.
Advocate AP Singh, appearing on behalf of the convicts, submitted that some legal remedies are still available for the convicts adding that Mukesh has been sincerely pursuing all legal remedies without delay.”

After reading the above news what do you think about our legal system?
1. Is it for giving the justice to the victim or giving safe guard to the criminals?
2. When all the convicts are represented by Mr. A. P. Singh, Advocate and he is pushing the legal remedies for the convicts in piece meal to delay the process. Why can’t the judiciary direct him to put all the case together. Why are they accepting the cases in piece meal?
3. What is the judiciaries role to give justice to the victim or to give sympathetic consideration to criminal’s appeal?
4. Why they forget that “justice delayed is justice denied”?
5. Who has given them the authority to play with the sentiment of victim’s family? Are they serving the society? or showing sympathy to unjustified demand of the convict’s advocate?
6. Why Advocate A. P. Singh should not be barred for supporting criminals by taking shelter of his black coat? Does he not have any responsibility towards the victim?
7. By this delay are they adding value to their judgment or becoming an insensible to the victim and the society?
8. Is there still doubt that convicts are not criminal?
9. Why Govt. is not coming forward to say “Enough is enough”.

This kind of callus, insensible judiciary system only forces the public to take the law in hands. I sincerely look forward to answers of my all questions from the Judiciary, Bar Council, and the Govt, if, any they have. Blood boils of every sensible citizen when they see such injustice in our country for which we always feel proud. But some time I become helpless and frustrated by seeing such injustice.
